While medical treatments and surgical options are available, many women seek home or natural remedies to manage and potentially reduce uterine fibroids. Vitamins and herbs have been used traditionally to support fibroid management.
Throughout my journey of shrinking my uterine fibroids holistically, I incorporated various vitamins and herbs.
